Resilience in Individuals

Every individual enters at a different point. LifeForce meets you where you are — and builds forward.

What is Resilience?

We think of Resilience as the ability to Advance Despite Adversity. Watch this short, 4-minute video to learn more.

Youth Mentoring

We support young people to build confidence, identity and emotional control early. We help young people understand and manage their emotions, rather than be overwhelmed by them. This builds confidence, stronger decision-making and a clearer sense of who they are becoming. The Inside Track has been trained extensively by the Raise Foundation and volunteers on an annual basis in Western Australian secondary schools.

Athletes

Train the internal game to match physical performance — focus, composure and resilience. We develop the mental side of performance so athletes can stay composed, focused and consistent under pressure. This reduces emotional swings, builds confidence and allows performance to show up when it matters most.

NDIS Participants

Structured resilience coaching to build independence, emotional regulation and life capacity. We support participants to build practical skills that improve daily functioning, confidence and independence. This creates greater stability, stronger emotional control and increased capacity to navigate life challenges.

Business Professionals

We support business professionals to regain clarity, confidence and direction following redundancy or career disruption. We help professionals process the impact of redundancy without losing identity, confidence or momentum. This creates a clear, structured path forward — rebuilding direction, restoring energy and reactivating performance in the next chapter.
